G&S  recognizes that the nature of our work can cause  health hazard for the public and our employees. It is of utmost importance to have a health and safety policy in place which effectively protects all concerned. The job of a demolition company involves risk and thus requires a very strong health security plan to back it up. We require all employees to strictly abide by our rules and laws set by the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OSHA) in order to minimize the risk of injury and / or loss.

At G&S Concrete Cutting,  we employ a broad approach to safety and security, ensuring the accomplishment of our clients projects while safeguarding the well-being of all job site employees.We conduct pre-employment screening and extensive training program to ensure safe and responsible job site performance. From senior management to onsite workers, everyone at G&S Concrete Cutting is required to participate in ongoing extensive safety programs in order to ensure maintenance of, and adherence to, the best safety and security standards. As we implement,"Don't be safety blinded be safety minded".

Our Health and Safety policy includes

1.First aid training and reviews of operational health and safety procedures are conducted on a regular basis.

2. Employees are consistently reminded of the importance of safety and are awarded with positive performance incentives for exemplary safety practices.

3. Random drug testing is conducted among all the employees across all levels.
